My family really enjoyed staying here, The house had everything you would need for a home away from home. Patricia and her husband were very accommodating with anything we needed. We are a family of 7 and for us the house was very spacious with plenty of rooms for the kids to run and play. The pool is sparkling clean and the back yard is big enough for kids or dogs to play. It’s a quiet neighborhood not far from the Freeway, shopping and fast food. The house is easy to get to and from and has plenty of parking. Next time we are looking for a place to stay and are here we will definitely be renting this location.

Patricia, you rock! I had an awesome time at your place last week. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the convenience. The room was so close to the elevator on the second floor that I could easily grab my deliveries from the lobby. I can't even count how many times I forgot things and had to run back, but it was never a hassle. You were always quick to respond and had all the answers I needed. I'm definitely staying there again next year! Thanks a bunch, Patricia! You're the best!

I was in Town for some shows at the Sphere, place was great, communication with Patricia was great, we were able to check in early. Overall a very good experience.

Patricia was THE perfect host! Leading up to & after the reservation, she was very responsive, informative & really looked out for me. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable & the location was SUPER convenient. The amenities included are top tier & the hotel staff are amazing. Stayed here for 2 nights. Great pricing. Located at the end of the Vegas strip. The suite comfortably accommodated my family of 2 adults & 2 young children. Very conveniently located near the elevators. Short walks to the pools, Starbucks, The Delights (that serves breakfast/lunch), MGM Grand & the monorail. Staying at the Signature gave us access to the MGM Grand pool even though each tower had their own pool. Uber pick up is conveniently located outside of Tower 1. Definitely a relaxing experience. Only downside may be the shower pressure, but I doubt Patricia can fix that. I think it is a building issue. Patricia quickly answered any questions I had. I would definitely stay again when visiting Vegas. Thanks Patricia for this rental.

Highly recommended! Great Host! House was perfect! The neighbors on both sides of the house were very nice and friendly! Our stay was 3 weeks long and we felt relaxed as if this was our home! Wi-Fi was good and there was a great little office, perfect for the traveler that has an extended stay out of town!

Excellent stay at Patricia’s place! The decor was beautiful, the room was clean and well appointed and the location is fantastic! It’s a super fast walk to MGM Grand, the monorail, restaurants, casino, everything. There is a Starbucks, store, and cocktail lounge just downstairs and so many pools to choose from: 3 Signature pools, MGM Grand pools and a lazy river. The location can’t be beat. It was also really nice to have a kitchenette and bar area in the room. Beds are comfy, pullout was great and plenty or storage for luggage. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone considering it. You can’t go wrong.

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Patricia’s home. The home is well situated in Union- close to many cafes , eateries and transportation to nyc on foot. The bus to midtown Manhattan is a 3 minute walk from the unit. The unit itself was spotless , and even more luxurious than the pictures Everything we could possibly need and more was included . Neighbours are friendly and courteous. Patricia truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. This has been the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in this site, which I use quite often.
